your gifts and getting involved in helping others to celebrate the
Mass is a wonderful way to live the gift of faith. There are various
ways to be involved.
The music ministry group, ReignMakers, plays for student Masses
on weekends at St. Patrick Church, for semester Outdoor Masses,
for ecumenical gatherings on campus and for special occasions. All
students are welcome in the group. Cantors and song leaders are
always welcome.
This ministry is a great way to assist the priest during Mass. Our
Eucharistic Ministers help to distribute the Body and Blood of Christ
as needed. Training is provided.
Becoming a Lector gives you the opportunity to proclaim the
living Word of God during Mass. Training will be provided
to help you bring scripture alive for the assembly.
The celebration of Mass provides many ways to get involved.
If you like to meet people you can be a greeter and welcome
everyone when they come to Mass.
If you would like to assist the priest at the altar you can
be a server.
If you like to assist people and help coordinate events you
can be an usher.
