Family Events

Families of students are welcome at the Newman Center anytime. Some of our special family events include the following:

• Opening (September) and Closing (May) Outdoor Mass on the Grass and BBQ
• Family woodcuts in the Fall
• UMR Family Day Open House in the Fall
• Chicken and Dumpling Dinner Fund Raiser the Saturday before Thanksgiving
• Fabulous February Fluffy Flapjack Festival on a Sunday morning
• St. Patrick Weekend Mass and BBQ (UMR St. Pat's weekend)
